Chloe Character Summary

Chole is the protagonist of Valkyrie of Life, a powerful Valkyrie whose story centers on freedom, self-determination, love, and embracing her true identity. Throughout the novel, she evolves from a woman hiding her powers to a confident Valkyrie who openly claims both her destiny and her future.

Basic Profile

  • Species:Valkyrie of Life. Her gift was given to her by her father.
  • Birthday:May 8th, 1:14 am. May 28th, 4:38 am, due date/fake birthday. Came early. Parents decided to hide her true day of birth to protect her. The world thinks her birthday is May 28th, but in all actuality, it is May 8th.
  • Occupation:Hunter and investigator of supernatural threats or objects. Her office is located in the Apothecary Bar. On the side, she manipulates/grows plants that can be dangerous in the wrong hands.
  • Appearance:Red hair, hazel eyes, about 5’5″, curvy but athletic build. Skin tone is on the paler side of tan. Her wings start out as a golden tan, but change to black with a fade to the colors of fire at the tips. Orange/red to blue/white (fire at its hottest) (at the tips on the feathers only at the bottom of her wings)
  • Tattoos: Intricate interlocking black tattoos/burns of vines, leaves, and flowers. Back, upper chest, shoulders, and arms.
  • Drinks: Coffee with caramel creamer and sweet red wine
  • Vehicle:2 motorcycles, deep red/black for Chloe’s. Tori did help technically pay for the dark purple/black one.

  • Manipulate life force. Every being/living thing has a burning light inside them. Chloe can rekindle that flame by drawing from the flames of nature around her.

Fire Magic

A powerful inherited gift from her father.

  • Manifests as golden fire
  • Becomes stronger as she approaches Ascension, burning away her gifts of water and nature.
  • Can be used offensively and defensively

  • Physical: sharp bone structure. 7feet tall. Strong, sleek form
  • Gifts: control over nature
  • Darker side:  more animalistic, sharper, and defined; raw beauty.  Long black claws that dominate the slender fingers. Eyes shift to pure black. Grows in height and fullness. His lips curve into a predator’s smile, emphasizing his canines that are sharper and longer.
  • Fae are a beautiful but dangerous species for a reason. An apex predator in a candy-coated shell…until they wish to reveal their other… more lethal side.

Chloe’s biggest struggle is balancing:
